Special Meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Ocean Ridge to be held in the Town Hall on Friday, February 11, 2000, 12:00 PM.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Aaskov. After the Pledge of Allegiance, roll call was answered by the following:

                Commissioner Bingham                 Commissioner Bridges

                Commissioner Kaleel                     Mayor Aaskov

It was noted that Comm Stamos was not present.

Town Clerk Hancsak advised that of the 1,298 registered voters, there were 427 votes cast. Of the 427, she explained, 11 were absentee ballots. She concluded that George Bierlin received 88 votes, Bruce Gimmy received 156, Kenneth Kaleel received 334 and Jeffery Willens received 205.

Comm Kaleel moved that the results of the election be certified, seconded by Comm Bingham.

Motion carried – yea 4.

    1. Seating of Two Commissioners

Town Clerk Hancsak swore in Kenneth Kaleel and Jeffrey Willens as Commissioners.

Comm Willens then proceeded to a seat on the dais.

ADJOURNMENT

Mayor Aaskov adjourned the meeting at 12:20 PM.
