Public Hearing and Special Meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean Ridge held on Monday, February 10, 2003 in the Town Hall Meeting Chambers.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 AM by Chair Bruce Gimmy and roll call was answered by the following:

                         Gerald Goray                                       James Bonfiglio

                        Ward Northrup                                    Peggy Smith

                                                Chairman Bruce Gimmy

 III.               APPROVAL OF MINUTES

      A.        JANUARY 13, 2003

Mr. Bonfiglio moved to adopt the minutes of January 13, 2003 as submitted.  Mr. Goray seconded the motion.

Mr. Bonfiglio questioned if this meeting was advertised.  He was advised that it was placed in the newspaper and posted in the shadowboxes. 

Motion carried – Yea (5).

      B.         JANUARY 16, 2003

Mr. Bonfiglio moved to adopt the minutes of January 16, 2003 as submitted.  Mrs.  Smith seconded the motion.

Motion carried – Yea (5).

      C.        JANUARY 21, 2003

Mr. Bonfiglio moved to adopt the minutes of January 21, 2003 as submitted.  Mr. Northrup seconded the motion.

Motion carried – Yea (5).

      D.        JANUARY 29, 2003

Mr. Bonfiglio moved to adopt the minutes of January 29, 2003 as submitted.  Mr. Goray seconded the motion.

Motion carried – Yea (5).

Mr. Bonfiglio inquired when the next meeting for the P & Z would be held.  Town Clerk Hancsak advised that the staff would be concentrating on the special meetings for the code revisions, rights-of-way, and dune preservation with the Town Commission.  She did state however that it will be necessary for the P & Z to meet in the future for comprehensive plan amendments.

IV.  ADJOURNMENT

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 8:10 A.M.
