SPECIAL MEETING HELD BY THE TOWN COMMISSION FOR THE TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE, FLORIDA, TO BE HELD IN THE TOWN HALL ON FRIDAY, MARCH 12, 2004, AT 1:30 P.M.           

The meeting was called to order and roll call was answered by the following:

                        Commissioner Allison               Commissioner Pugh

                        Commissioner Bingham             Commissioner Schulte

                                                            Mayor Kaleel  

APPROVAL OF CHANGING THE APRIL 5, 2004 REGULAR MEETING TO APRIL 6, 2004 AT 6:30 P.M.  

Comm Allison moved to change the regular meeting date from April 5, 2004 to April 6, 2004 at 6:30 P.M.   Mr. Pugh seconded the motion.  

Motion carried – Yea (5).  

FACT FINDING FIELD TRIP TO FOUR LOCAL TOWN HALL FACILITIES RELATED TO THE FUTURE TOWN HALL EXPANSION/RENOVATIONS (NOT NECESSARILY IN THIS ORDER)

A.                 CITY OF ATLANTIS

B.                 TOWN OF GULFSTREAM

C.                 TOWN OF HIGHLAND BEACH

D.                 TOWN OF MANALAPAN  

At this point Mayor Kaleel advised that the meeting would be adjourned so that the Commission may travel in this order to the following municipalities:  Town of Manalapan , City of Atlantis , Town of Highland Beach, and Town of Gulfstream .  He added that the Commissioners would arrive back to the Town Hall and the meeting would not be reconvened.   

ADJOURNMENT  

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 1:40 P.M.
