TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT OF THE TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ocean Ridge Town Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider adoption of the following proposed resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 2007-11 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OCEAN RIDGE, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE EVALUATION AND APPRAISAL REPORT (EAR) OF THE TOWN’S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; STATING THE INTENT OF THE COMMISSION TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN BASED UPON RECOMMENDATIONS CONTAINED IN THIS REPORT; AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL OF THE REPORT TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS (DCA) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 163.3191, FLORIDA STATUTES, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
The hearing will be held on the 9th day of July, 2007, at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Ocean Ridge Town Hall (portable), 6450 North Ocean Blvd., Ocean Ridge, Florida. Any and all interested parties may attend and comment. Copies of all documents pertaining to the proposed resolution are available at the Town Hall and may be inspected during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Should any interested party seek to appeal any decision made by the Town Commission with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, such person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which an appeal is to be heard.
