Subject:      Summary of Actions Taken at Feb. 5, 2008 Regular Town Commission Meeting

Mayor and Town Commissioners:

The following list is actions taken by the Commission at the meeting/s:

1.         Approved the minutes of Jan. 8, 2008 regular meeting

2.         Approved and adopted Ordinance 574 RE: changing the name of Dolphin Drive to Dolphin Road      

3.         Proclaimed March 7, 2008 as “Ocean Ridge Water for Our Children Day”               

4.         Town Attorney to research if Police Officers can receive personal mail at a public facility    

5.         Authorized PBCty Dept. of Environmental Resource Management to work seven days per week from dawn to dusk to conduct maintenance dredging and sand placement in area of Inlet with one hour of bulldozing  

6.         Consensus to review Ethics Plan recently adopted by City of Boca Raton
