The Town operates on an annual fiscal plan (budget) covering October 1st  – September 30th of each year. The budget carries out the fiscal work program for the community and provides a basis for carrying out the Commission’s decisions on policies and programs for the improvement, growth, and orderly maintenance of the Town.
