Checklist for Demolition Permit Application

The following items are needed for a demo permit of a structure:

• Palm Beach County Health Department - Abandonment of Septic Tank (Note: this requires a letter from a septic contractor stating that the tank has been pumped out)
• Letter from FPL stating service has been disconnected
• Letter from BellSouth stating service has been disconnected
• Letter from cable stating that service has been disconnected
• City of Boynton Beach Water Department stating that the water service has been disconnected.
• Survey

Please submit two copies of the above along with a building permit application for demolition.   Notice of commencement is required for permits over $2500.00.  A recorded NOC can be given to the Town when you pick up your permit.
