2011-01 - Authorizing the mayor and town clerk to execute the agreement for vote processing equipment use and election services by and between the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections and the Town of Ocean Ridge.
2011-02 - Designating the Supervisor of Elections as a member of the canvassing board in addition to the town clerk to be in attendance for the resting of the computer electronic systems tabulating equipment to be used for the general election scheduled for March 13, 2012 and to the canvass returns of such election including the absentee ballots following the election; assigning supervisor of elections to handle the absentee ballots.
2011-03 - Pertaining to non-ad valorem assessments for the lot clean-up and demolition or repair of unsafe structures.
2011-04 - Authorizing the mayor to execute the DEPT agreement No. G0313 for the Coconut Lane outfall improvements in an amount not to exceed $119,415 between FDEP and the Town.
2011-05 - Designating the Supervisor of Elections and One PBC Commissioner as the canvassing board or, in the alternative, designating the Supervisor of Elections and the Town Clerk as the Canvassing Board, to be in attendance for the testing of the computer electronic systems tabulating equipment to be used for the general election scheduled for March 13, 2012 and to canvass returns of such election including the absentee ballots; assigning Supervisor of Elections to handle the absentee ballots.
2011-06 - Authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement to allow the Town to collect non-ad valorem assessments pursuant to the uniform method for the levy, collection and enforcement f non-ad valorem assessments as provided in section 197.363, Florida Statutes and the Town's local adoption of Resolution No. 2011-03 with the Palm Beach County Property Appraisers Office.
2011-07 - Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Interlocal agreement between the Town and PBC Tax Collector for its necessary administrative costs incurred under Section 197.3632, FL Statutes for the collection by the Town of non-ad valorem assessments pursuant to the local agreement between the Town and PBC Tax Collector's office to reimburse the Tax Collector for its necessary administrative costs incurred under Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes and the town's local adoption of resolution no. 2011-03.
2011-11 - Adopting and authorizing execution of the interlocal agreement for a dialogic geographic-based alert and notification system between the Town and Palm Beach County.
2011-12 - Electing a mayor for the Town.
2011-13 - Electing a vice-mayor for the Town.
2011-14 - Designating depositories for Town funds; authorizing the treasurer or deputy treasurer to sign town checks; authorizing any one of the five Town Commissioners to countersign town checks; and providing that this resolution shall continue in full force and effect until modified by written notice to said depositories.
2011-16 - Establishing tax levies in and for the Town based on the 2011 assessment roll of said town as prepared by the PBC Property Appraiser.

2010-04 - Adopting the 2009 revised unified Palm Beach County Local Mitigation Plan.

2010-08 -Authorizing the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida to participate in the interlocal service boundary agreement negotiations between Palm Beach County and the City of Boynton Beach, pursuant to Chapter 171, Part II, Florida Statutes.
2010-09 - Authorizing the Mayor, Town Manager, and Town Clerk to execute the grant agreement for the energy efficiency and conservation competitive grant program for local governmental organizations between Palm Beach County and the Town of Ocean Ridge.

2010-11 - Amending the classification and pay plan to adopt the "7K" exemption under the fair labor standards act for certain sworn personnel; providing an additional police officer, sergeant, and lieutenant hourly rate effective only for 12 hour shifts.

Resolutions 2009

2009-01 - Recognizing the "Building Citizenship in the Community: Back to Basics" initiative of the Florida League of Cities, Inc. and pledging support this statewide effort.
2009-02 - Approving the first admendment to the interlocal agreement to promote undergrounding of utility facilities and related implementation activities between the Town and Florida municipalities, and authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
2009-03 - Requesting the assistance of Governor Crist and Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Kopelousos to prioritize the intercity rail component of the FEC corridor project (from Jacksonville to Miami) as part of the Federal Economic Stimulus package for the State of Florida.
2009-04 - Requesting Palm Beach County to allow the Town of Ocean Ridge to withdraw from the county's library MSTU.
2009-05 - Designating depositories for Town funds; authorizing the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer to sign Town checks; authorizing any one of the five Town Commissioners to countersign Town checks; and providing that this resolution shall continue in full force and effect until modified by written notice to said depositories.
2009-06 - Requesting the assistance of Governor Crist and Florida Department of Transportation Secretary Kopelousos to prioritize the Interciity Rail Component of the FEC Corridor Project (from Jacksonville to Miami) as part of the federal economic stimulus package for the state of Florida.

2009-08 - Requesting the assistance of Governor Crist and the Florida Legislature in order to provide adequate funding and stronger legislation directed toward solutions for the enormous problem of beach erosion within the State of Florida.
2009-09 - Establishing tax levies in and for the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida, based on the 2009 assessment roll of said Town as prepared by the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser; and establishing an effective date.
2009-10 - Adopting an annual budget for the year beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2010.
2009-11 - Updating and reappropriating funds for the capital projects fund; for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2009 and ending September 30, 2010; and establishing an effective date.
2009-12 - Authorizing the Town Manager and Town Clerk to execute an interlocal agreement between the City of Boynton Beach (City) and the Town of Ocean Ridge (Town) for overflow beach parking at Ocean Ridge Town Hall.
2009-13 - Approving and adopting the maintenance memorandum of agreement to construct/install pedestrian crosswalk median signs with State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) as amendment number one to the agreement dated September 7, 2005.

Resolutions 2008

2008-01 - Urging members of the Florida Legislature to support the following issues during the 2008 Legislative Session.
2008-02 - Adopting and authorizing execution of the interlocal agreement for the delivery of municipal solid waste to designated facilities and for a municipal recycling program between the Town and Solid Waste Authority.
2008-07 - Authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement with the Tallahassee Community College Police Department and the Ocean Ridge Police Department to utilize the computer terminals for access to the National Crime Information Center and the Florida Crime Information Center for law enforcement purposes.
2008-08 - Authorizing the Mayor and Town Clerk to execute an interlocal agreement between Palm Beach County and the Town by which the County will provide comprehensive radio repair services and charge the Town for same.
2008-09 - Revising the building permit fee schedule.
2008-12 - Authorizing the execution of a mutual aid agreement whereby agencies may request or render law enforcement assistance to the other for the purpose of enforcement of laws directly related to sexual predators and offenders.
2008-13 - Designating the supervisor of elections as a member of the canvassing board to be in attendance for the testing of the computer electronic systems tabulation equipment to be used for the general election scheduled for February 10, 2009 and to canvass returns of such election including the absentee ballots following the election.
