2011-01
- Authorizing the mayor and town clerk to execute the agreement for vote
processing equipment use and election services by and between the Palm Beach
County Supervisor of Elections and the Town of Ocean Ridge. |

and PBC Tax Collector for its necessary administrative costs incurred under
Section 197.3632, FL Statutes for the collection by the Town of non-ad
valorem assessments pursuant to the local agreement between the Town and PBC
Tax Collector's office to reimburse the Tax Collector for its necessary
administrative costs incurred under Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes and
the town's local adoption of resolution no. 2011-03. |

interlocal agreement for a dialogic geographic-based alert and notification
system between the Town and Palm Beach County. |
