                 TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE, FLORIDA

                    RESOLUTION NO. 2007-14

     A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE, FLORIDA UPDATING AND REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND; FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2007 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2008; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

     Section 1.  Whereas, the anticipated fund balance of the Capital Projects Fund, on September 30, 2007 is as follows:

     $491,263 along with additional revenue anticipated in the amount of $8,000.00, $380,000.00 in grant monies from State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management and $3,000,000.00 Loan Monies from the Bank of America for the Nw Town Hall/Police Complex, and $800,000.00 resulting from a transfer from the General Fund to the Capital Projects Fund, for a total revenue of $4,679,263.00.

     Section 2.  Effective Date.  This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF OCEAN RIDGE, FLORIDA:

     Section 1. 2007-2008 Fiscal Year Appropriations.  The objects and purposes for appropriation and the amount of each area hereby fixed appropriated and made as follows:

     a.   Town Hall/Police Building             $4,240,000.00

     b.   Capital Outlay/Furniture, Computers    230,000.00   

     c.   Professional Services                 60,000.00

              Anticipated Fund Balance on 10-01-08  $179,263.00

     Section 2. Effective Date.  This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.

     PASSED AND ADOPTED in session held this 17^th day of September, 2007.
