**NOTICE: TEMPORARY BUILDING PERMIT PICK-UP & DROP-OFF PROTOCOL**

When submitting for a building permit, please include the following:
- One (1) signed and notarized Building Permit Application (including SFHA supplement application),
- Two (2) copies of back-up material (plans, survey, product approvals, etc.),
- Signed Construction Site Management Handbook,
- Two (2) copies of the recorded and certified Notice of Commencement (if applicable),
- 2 copies of Condo/Association Approval,
- 2 copies of the Contract/Proposal,
- State Certified License from the Dept. of Business and Professional Regulation and/or Palm Beach County Business Tax Receipt;
- Palm Beach County Competency Card,
- General Liability Insurance,
- Worker's Compensation (or exemption), and
- Payment (cash or check only).
Three (3) copies may be required if project impacts drainage. Other forms, plans, or approvals may be required depending on the type of project. The application needs to be submitted in its entirety to be considered a complete application. The Building Permit Forms may be printed, filled out, and delivered to Town Hall (hit refresh after opening document to view most up-to-date form). If forms are not linked, please call Town Hall at 561-732-2635 to request the form to be emailed to you. Old and outdated forms will not be accepted.
