The following insecticides are those being used for the spraying of the noseeums.  All insecticides being used have been approved by the EPA, Florida Dept. of Agriculture, and the State Dept. of Environmental Protection.  The concentration used for spraying is up to 0.5% of active ingredient with a water carrier.  The volume of the diluted insecticide applied is approximately eight gallons per linear mile.
