Town Resuming In-person Town Commission & Board Meetings
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN thatTown Hall will resume its in-person Town Commission and Board meetings beginning June 1st. The Town will follow guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC), which includes proper social distancing and wearing a face covering.
Limited seating will be available within the building, with additional limited seating provided outside on the patio along with an audio system. All chairs will be located 6 feet apart to comply with the CDC guidelines. Seating will be available on a first come, first served basis.
The public will be able to provide public comments by approaching the podium located in the back of the Commission Chambers. Persons seated outside on the patio will be able to enter through a specified door to approach the podium. A staff member will sanitize the microphone after each speaker.
Due to limited seating, the Town will also be hosting the meeting via teleconferencing. The teleconferencing information will be provided with the agenda and meeting package.
If attending the meeting, please arrive with a face covering and plan for outdoor elements in the event that inside seating is at capacity when you arrive.
