Palm Beach County Emergency Order Number 12 mandates that facial coverings be worn in all businesses and establishments, in all county and municipal buildings, on Palm Tran, and in any outdoor public places where social distancing cannot be accomplished such as, but not limited to, common areas within private communities accessible to more than one dwelling unit beginning June 25th and ending July 24th unless extended by the County.  Persons not wearing facial coverings as required face a fine of up to $250 for the first offense and up to $500 for repeat offenses.  There are certain exemptions in the order.  Please review the emergency order in detail on the Town’s website at www.oceanridgeflorida.com.

As a reminder, persons accessing the beaches shall follow CDC guidelines by distancing themselves from other persons by 6 feet or more, and limit gatherings to no more than 10 people.  Parking, unloading, and passenger drop off is prohibited along Old Ocean Boulevard and A1A.

Stay safe and healthy!
