1/8/21 @ 9:00 am:  We want to take this opportunity to thank our District 89 House Representative Mike Caruso for working with Mayor de Haseth to share an urgent update regarding the COVID-19 Vaccine.

Baptist Health South Florida will be launching an online appointment scheduling system on Friday, January 8th for individuals age 65 and older, first response workers, and those with serious pre- existing conditions to become vaccinated. 12,000 appointments will be scheduled.  Appointments may begin to be made on January 8th for time slots beginning on Monday January 11th by visiting their website https://baptisthealth.net/en   Scroll down and click on the "COVID-19 Updates" button, and then scroll down and click on the "Vaccine - Learn More" button.  Note, the registration link is not available right now, and we do not know what time the link will be released to the public on January 8th.  We recommend checking the website hourly as these appointment slots will fill up quickly.
