Public Hearing - Development Plan Review for Western Half of 54 Ocean Avenue

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW
WESTERN HALF OF 54 OCEAN AVENUE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida will hold a public hearing on the 16th day of August, 2021 at a Commission Meeting at 8 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, Ocean Ridge, Florida to consider the following:

  1. An application submitted by Andrew Gordon, 4160 NW Avenue Unit 16, Boca Raton, FL 33431, requesting a Land Development Permit from the provisions of the Land Development Code Chapter 63 “General & Administrative Provisions”, Article 4 “Site Plan Review Procedures”, Section 63-56 “Development Plan Review” to permit the construction of a new one single family home that will consist of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a 3 car garage, pool, and spa. The Property involves the western half of 54 Ocean Avenue, which is a portion of Property Control Number 46-43-45-27-07-003-0060, and legally described as BOYNTON BEACH PARK LOT 7 BLK 3 (exact legal description located in the Town Clerk’s Office).

The Property is currently controlled by a unity of title for Boynton Beach Park lots 6 & 7 of Blk 3 that will be released upon demolition of current home. The proposed home will be located on lot 7.

ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in these matters may appear before the Planning & Zoning Commission at the time and place aforesaid and be heard.  Prior to the hearing the application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office.

IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, THEY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEY MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.  PERSONS WHO NEED AN ACCOMMODATION IN ORDER TO ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING SHOULD CONTACT TOWN HALL AT 561-732-2635 AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING IN ORDER TO REQUEST SUCH ASSISTANCE.
