Public Hearing - Variance Request for 8 Inlet Cay Drive
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida will hold a public hearing on the 17TH day of November, 2021 at 9 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, Ocean Ridge, Florida to consider the following:
An application submitted by Patricia F. Thrower, as owner, for a parcel of property located at 8 Inlet Cay Drive, Ocean Ridge, FL 33435, requesting a variance from the provisions of the Land Development Code, Chapter 64, Zoning, Article IV, Marinas, Docks, and Bulkheads, Section 64-77; Location, type and height of docks, floating docks, and pilings- to permit a floating dock to be located 3’ from the property line at East end of Seawall. The variance would allow for a 3’ setback from the property line and a relief of 7’ from the required 10’ setback. The property is located at 8 Inlet Cay Drive, property control number 46-43-45-22-11-000-0080 and legally described as INLET CAY, LT 8 (exact legal description located at Town Hall).
ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in these matters may appear before the Board of Adjustment at the time and place aforesaid and be heard. Prior to the hearing the application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office.
IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, THEY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEY MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
