The Town Manager serves as a member of the Coastal Resilience Partnership (CRP), which is a collaboration between Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach County, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, and Lake Worth Beach.  The CRP recently received grants to hire a firm to create the climate change vulnerability assessment which is attached for the public to view.  Of particular interest in the report is a portfolio of climate change adaptation strategies that the Town Manager is working on collectively with the CRP.  We are currently working on trying to secure additional grant funding for further resilience planning and projects as outlined in the adaptation strategies.
