Public Hearing Notice - Development Plan Review on December 16th
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida will hold a public hearing on Monday, the 16th day of December, 2019 at a Commission Meeting at 8 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, Ocean Ridge, Florida to consider the following:
1. An application submitted by Diaz + Lang Architects, LLC, 333 Camino Gardens Blvd, Suite 102, Boca Raton, FL 33432, requesting a Land Development Permit from the provisions of the Land Development Code Chapter 63 “General & Administrative Provisions”, Article 4 “Site Plan Review Procedures”, Section 63-56 “Concept Development Plan Review” to permit construction of a two story concrete block single family structure that will consist of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 1 powder room, a cabana bath, 3 car garage, a swimming pool, and spa with a proposed finished floor elevation of 15.85 NGVD. An application submitted by Richard Jones, 10 SE First Ave. Suite 102, Delray Beach, FL 33444, requesting a Land Development Permit from the provisions of the Land Development Code Chapter 63 “General & Administrative Provisions”, Article 4 “Site Plan Review Procedures”, Section 63-56 “Concept Development Plan Review” to permit construction of a two-story concrete block single family structure that will consist of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a cabana bath, 3 car garage, a covered loggia, and a swimming pool with a proposed finished floor elevation of 7.00 NAVD. Property located at 2 Coconut Lane, Property Control Number 46-43-45-27-07-002-0030 or legally described as BOYNTON BEACH PARK LT 3 BLK 2.
