March 24, 2020 at 3:00 PM
The Town’s Emergency Operations Managers have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely for the safety and well-being of the public.
As of today, though the infection rate continues to climb, no significant changes have been made to the recommended responses to this virus. We recommend that you contact your physician for instructions should you develop symptoms to this virus.
We urge you to be cautious when obtaining information on the corona virus from the internet, and to make sure you are receiving this information from official government sources such as www.cdc.gov or www.flhealth.org.
Just as a reminder, beaches in Palm Beach County remain closed at this time, as well as boat docks, ramps, marinas, and any other venues utilized for launching any vessels. Commercial fishing, commercial marine operations, and support services related thereto are permitted to operate. Dine-in service at restaurants remains closed.
Town Hall remains closed to foot traffic. Staff is fully available to assist by phone at 561-732-2635 or by email. Documents and payments may be mailed to Town Hall at 6450 N. Ocean Blvd, Ocean Ridge, FL 33435, or placed in the new drop-box near the entrance to Town Hall. Email addresses and instructions for dropping off documents can be viewed on our website at www.oceanridgeflorida.com.
We will continue to update the public with new developments as things progress, and encourage residents to sign up for Civic Ready emergency alerts at this time in order to receive notifications immediately as they are published.
