On September 5, 2023, the Town Commission passed Ordinance 2023-03 regarding Beach Signs, which went into effect immediately upon approval.  Please note that everyone has 30 days to come into compliance from the effective date.   If you have any questions, please refer to the code or you may call the Town Hall at 561-732-2635.
