NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Town of Ocean Ridge, Florida will hold a public hearing on the 15th day of March, 2021 at a Commission Meeting at 8 A.M. in the Commission Chambers of the Town Hall, Ocean Ridge, Florida to consider the following:An application submitted by Michael Mullins, as owner, requesting a Land Development Permit from the provisions of the Land Development Code Chapter 63 “General & Administrative Provisions”, Article 4 “Site Plan Review Procedures”, Section 63-56 “Development Plan Review” to permit construction of a new two-story single-family residence that will include a new pool and dock, where the garage slab is proposed to be at 7’0 NAVD and the main ground floor to be at 10’0 NAVD. Property located at 19 Eleuthera Drive, Property Control Number 46-43-45-22-11-000-0190 or legally described as INLET CAY LT 19 (exact legal description located in the Town Clerk’s Office).
ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in these matters may appear before the Planning & Zoning Commission at the time and place aforesaid and be heard. Prior to the hearing the application may be reviewed at the Town Clerk’s Office.
IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE COMMISSION WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING OR HEARING, THEY WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, THEY MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
